JobPilot is operated by ArthLogic AI Job Finder ("we", "us", "the Company"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise continuing to use JobPilot, you enter into a binding agreement with ArthLogic AI Job Finder and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use JobPilot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

1. The service

JobPilot helps job seekers discover Canadian and remote job postings, score how well a posting matches their experience, generate tailored resumes, cover letters, interview preparation and follow-up drafts, and track applications through to offer. Access is provided on a free tier with limited AI actions and on paid subscription plans described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not:

• Use JobPilot for any unlawful purpose, or to commit fraud, spam, or impersonate another person.
• Upload or generate content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, penetration attempts, automated scraping, or circumventing rate limits and plan restrictions.
• Resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service.

4. AI-generated content

• JobPilot uses generative AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and must not be treated as legal, immigration, financial, or professional career advice without your own review.
• You are responsible for your prompts, for the accuracy of the resume and profile data you submit, for verifying every output before you send it to an employer, and for holding the rights to any content you upload.
• You must not use JobPilot to produce misleading credentials, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or content intended to deceive an employer about your identity or eligibility to work.
• As between you and us, you retain rights to the content you upload and to the outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service.
• We may moderate content: we can filter or refuse outputs, remove content, and suspend accounts. Rights holders may send takedown requests to support@arthlogic.ai; repeat infringers lose access.

5. Intellectual property

ArthLogic AI Job Finder retains all rights in JobPilot itself — the software, models integration, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

6. Service availability

We work to keep JobPilot reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, removed, or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan period you selected until cancelled.

8. Refund Policy

ArthLogic AI Job Finder offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on JobPilot Pro subscriptions. If JobPilot isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

• Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt.
• You can also email us at support@arthlogic.ai and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

What happens next

• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Your subscription is cancelled and Pro features end when the refund is issued.
• Renewals can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal to avoid future charges.

Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to every purchase, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination your access ends; you may export your tracker and documents beforehand, and we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including lost profits, lost job opportunities, lost data and goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that limitation is not permitted.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify ArthLogic AI Job Finder against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
